Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the China Fine Goods YouTube Uploader (the “Application”), an internal tool operated by China Fine Goods (“we”, “us”, “our”) to publish our own product videos to our own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API v3. By authorising or using the Application you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose and eligibility

The Application is provided for the internal use of China Fine Goods and the owner of the “China Fine Goods” YouTube channel. There is no public registration. Any person who is not an authorised member of our organisation may not use the Application.

2. Permitted use

  • Uploading video content that we own or are licensed to publish.
  • Managing metadata, thumbnails and publication schedules for that content.
  • Reviewing the results of our own uploads.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the Application to:

  • upload content to a channel you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
  • publish content that infringes intellectual-property rights, is unlawful, deceptive, or violates the YouTube Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
  • create, generate or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or any other synthetic media depicting a real person without their consent;
  • send spam, manipulate rankings, or circumvent YouTube quotas or technical limits.

4. Google and YouTube terms

The Application uses the YouTube Data API. Your use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy and the Google APIs Terms of Service. Where these Terms conflict with those terms, those terms prevail for the relevant Google service.

5. Your content

You retain all rights in the videos you upload. You grant us the technical permission needed to store and transmit those files to YouTube for the purpose of publishing them on our channel.

6. Availability and changes

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time, and may update these Terms; the current version will always be available at this URL.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from YouTube's own processing, review or removal of uploaded content.

8. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time by removing the Application's permission at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. These Terms remain in effect for as long as the Application is used.
